Battlegrounds Mobile India: Latest updates on data transfer from PUBG Mobile India

 Battlegrounds Mobile India fans are completely enjoying the beta version of the game that was released on Thursday, June 17. While the game is not officially launched, PUBG Mobile India fans are already downloading the game using APK, OBB links for Android devices.



However, even amid the massive popularity and acceptance from the Indian audiences, several controversies are still revolving around the game. Krafton is not ready to release Battlegrounds Mobile India for a few more days, especially with several groups of people in India demanding its ban. 
Notably, PUBG Mobile was banned in India in September 2020 under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act and now the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has written a letter to Union IT & Communication Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad demanding a ban on Battlegrounds Mobile India because it is "not only a threat to national sovereignty and security of India but also harmful for young generations."



Responding to this statement, Battlegrounds Mobile India stated on its official website on June 22, 2021, "KRAFTON, Inc., the creator of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA and the owner of the blockbuster IP - PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS, is working to fully comply with the Indian laws and regulations as we lead up to the official launch of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA."

In their statement to clarify, Krafton has also said that like other mobile games and apps, Battlegrounds Mobile India also uses third-party solutions to provide unique game features.

In their statement to clarify, Krafton has also said that like other mobile games and apps, Battlegrounds Mobile India also uses third-party solutions to provide unique game features. 


However, it maintains that no data has been shared in violation of the privacy policy and that the data shared with the third parties is only to enable the features of the game.
